THE RECIPE

With that out of the way, we can embark on our first recipe. This recipe will provide the foundation for a plated dessert, and is actually the first recipe I use to teach basic baking. Here is the recipe, read on below for some more tips and guidance!


Pretty sure you have everything in stock for this. As mentioned, this is a basic recipe, but does take some practice. Check out this little video from the master, Jacques Pepin!
